Steve’s professional journey began with retail giant REI in Tempe before transitioning to become a factory outdoor sales representative for Yakima car racks. Over the course of 17 years, Drew represented premier outdoor brands such as Thule, Dagger, Perception, Marmot, Camelbak, and Go-Pro across Northern California and Northern Nevada. In 2017, Drew joined Klean Kanteen as a sales coordinator, quickly rising through the ranks to become the National Sales Manager for Outdoor and Lifestyle and US Distributors. Under his leadership, the company experienced significant growth, expanding into new markets and establishing strong partnerships within the outdoor, resort, and retail sectors.

Steve Drew hails from Chico, California, where he resides with his wife Amy, their two sons Dylan and Ryan, and their beloved pets – three Golden Retrievers named Boulder, Timber Ridge, and Reef, along with a venerable cat affectionately known as BO. Drew's deep connection to his family and the outdoors serves as the cornerstone of his professional journey. Drew's roots in outdoor exploration trace back to his upbringing in Tempe, Arizona. He pursued his passion for the great outdoors at Flagstaff, Arizona, earning a B.S. in Parks and Recreation Management. During this time, Drew immersed himself in activities such as white-water rafting, mountain biking, hiking, and camping in the rugged landscapes of Northern Arizona.
